1/4 teaspoon oregano
1/4 teaspoon marjoram
1/4 teaspoon thyme

Rub skin of chicken with 1 cut clove of garlic.

Place garlic cloves and bay leaves in cavity of chicken.

Mix all spices into butter.

Put 1 Tbsp.
