"Her" Cloud Bread

   Preheat oven to 300 degrees.

   Beat egg whites and cream of tartar with electric mixer at medium-high speed until stiff peaks form, about 3 to 5 minutes. Beat egg yolks and cream cheese in a separate bowl until smooth, about 1 to 2 minutes.

   Gently fold yolk mixture into fluffy white mixture with a rubber spatula. Spoon batter onto a parchment-lined baking sheet in cloud shapes. Bake in preheated oven 30 minutes, turning baking sheet halfway through. Cool on baking sheet and serve fresh.
