3 lbs chicken, cut up or 3 lbs chicken pieces
1 medium onion, chopped
1 teaspoon ginger paste
4 garlic cloves, minced
½ cup plain yogurt
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon coriander
1 tablespoon lemon juice
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon chili powder
¼ teaspoon pepper
⅛ teaspoon nutmeg
