Heavenly Shrimp Boat

   Place shrimp in saucepan with water.

   Boil and cook 3 to 5 minutes.

   Mix together shrimp, mayonnaise, celery and onion. Season to taste with salt, Worcestershire sauce, white pepper, dry mustard and lemon juice.

   Spread mixture onto open buns and top with grated Cheddar cheese.

   Sprinkle a dash of paprika over cheese for color.

   Place these shrimp boats onto a cookie sheet and bake at 400u00b0 until golden brown, only takes a few minutes.
