Ingredients: 220 grams cookies packet Cottage Heavenly; 1 x hazelnuts (filberts) Chocolate; 60 grams butter melted; 1/4 cup water boiling; 3 teaspoons gelatin, unflavored; 300 millilitres cream thickened; 500 grams cream cheese; ⅔ cup sugar, superfine; 1/4 cup hazelnuts (filberts) chocolated; 1 x cocoa powder to serve
