1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
4 cups apple slices, peeled

Preheat oven to 350.

Spray a 9x13 cake pan with cooking spray.

In a mixing bowl, beat egg whites and egg with cream cheese, gradually add sugar, honey and vanilla. Whisk in apple sauce.

Combine salt,flours, cinnamon, cloves and baking soda in another bowl. Slowly add this into egg mixture, beating after each addition. Fold in apples. Spread into pan and bake for 45 minutes. Let cool on wire pan and drizzle with Cream Cheese Glaze
