1 c. chopped onion
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can tomatoes
2 tsp. beef bouillon
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 carrots, sliced
bay leaf and pepper
3 c. water
10 oz. frozen lima beans
10 oz. frozen corn
4 oz. shell pasta

Spray a Dutch oven with nonstick cooking spray. Brown meat and onion.

Drain fat. Add water, tomatoes, bouillon, Worcestershire sauce, carrots, bay leaf and pepper. Bring to a boil, then simmer, covered, for 30 minutes. Add beans, corn and pasta. Return to boil. Simmer, uncovered, for 20 minutes.
