1 stick melted margarine
1 c. water
2 1/2 c. or more chopped cooked chicken or turkey
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped chives (optional)
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. mayonnaise
3/4 tsp. salt
2 slightly beaten eggs
1 1/2 c. milk

Mix together and pour over the dressing.

Cover and refrigerate overnight.

One hour before baking, take out and spread with 1 can undiluted cream of mushroom soup.

Top with fresh mushrooms, if desired.

Bake, uncovered, at 325u00b0 for 40 minutes.

Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake 10 minutes.
