Ingredients: 1 1/4 lbs. ground beef; 1 large onion (chopped); 1 large green bell pepper (diced); 1 clove garlic (minced); 1 can (16oz.) pork and beans; 1 can (16oz.) kidney beans (rinsed and drained); 1 can (15oz.) garbanzo beans (rinsed and drained); 1 c. ketchup; 3 Tbsp. brown sugar; 3 Tbsp vinegar; 2 Tbsp. prepared mustard; Salt & Pepper to taste; 3 strips bacon (cooked & crumbled)

2 Tbsp. prepared mustard

In a Dutch oven, brown ground beef;

Add onin, bell pepper and garlic;

cook until tender.

Stir in all of the beans. Combine ketchup, brown sugar, venegar, mustard, salt and pepper; add to bean mixture and mix well.

Pour into a greased 2 1/2-quart casserole.

Top with bacon.

Bake, uncovered, at 350u00b0F. for 45 minutes or until heated through.
