6 slice Thinly sliced pork loin
6 Wiener sausages
1 Salt and coarsely ground black pepper
1 - Plain flour
1 - Beaten egg
1 - Panko
1 Oil for deep frying
2 tbsp - Ketchup
1 tsp - Grainy mustard
1 tbsp - White wine vinegar
1 as much (to taste) Tomatoes
1 as much (to taste) Shredded cabbage
1 if you have some Watercress
