Preheat oven to 180c.

In a large bowl mix together the coconut flour, baking powder and the salt.

Melt the coconut oil.

Mix the eggs in to the dry ingredients and stir in the agave nectar, the milk and the vanilla extract.

Add the melted coconut oil and stir until the batter is smooth.

Spoon the mixture in to the cake pop mould and bake for 18-22 minutes.

Leave to cool on a cooling tray.

(Optional) melt the candy melts using the instructions on the packaging.

Once melted, dip the cake pop stick into the candy melts.

Put into cake pop then leave for a couple of minutes.

Dunk the cake pops into the melted candy melts.

Now sprinkle with sprinkles, leave to set for a few minutes then enjoy!
