Add the whole wheat flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder, and cinnamon together and stir until the bread dough has come together. One at a time, beat in the bananas and fold in the walnuts, bran, and wheat germ.

Take a well greased or sprayed 9x5 baking loaf pan and pour in the batter; garnish with some sprinkles of wheat germ (optional). Bake in the oven for 40-45 minutes. When the bread comes out, drizzle with a little honey and sprinkle with wheat germ if you want. Allow to cool before serving.
