1/3 c. orange juice

1 1/4 c. pitted dates, snipped

In mixer bowl, combine flour, baking pwdr and dash of salt.

Beat butter on low 30 seconds.

Add in sugar, beat till fluffy.

Add in egg, peel and vanilla and beat well.

Stir in juice, then flour mix.

2 inches apart on greased cookie sheet.

Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 min or possibly till edges begin to brown.
