1 lb. ground beef
2 9 oz. tomato sauce
8 oz. dark red chili beans
4 oz. water
1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. coarse black pepper
1 large bell pepper, sliced
a large onion, sliced

Cook ground beef in a pan.

Season with 1/2 the mount of chili powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

Drain fat from ground beef.

In a 3 quart pan, mix in tomato sauce. kidney beans, water, remaining chili powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
