   Form sausage into small balls and fry

   remove sausage and set aside

   roughly chop all the vegetables

   sweat all of the vegetables in the sausage grease

   in a large pan add all of the vegetables and chicken stock together when its boiling add the pineapple and sausage heat until everything is combined and hot

   salt and pepper to your taste
