Season the chopped tomatoes with salt and pepper, then spread over the pizza dough, leaving a border around the edge, then distribute the pineapple, ham and mozzarella on top. Sprinkle with the grated cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 400u00b0F for about 25 mins. Garnish with the oregano and serve immediately.
