2 teaspoons soy sauce
½ teaspoon salt
1 dash pepper
1 cup soft breadcrumbs (1 1/4 slices bread)
2 lbs lean ground beef
1 (16 ounce) jar sweet and sour sauce
hot cooked rice

In large mixing bowl, blend gravy mix and milk.
