Hassle-Free Pulled Pork Sandwich

   Trim some of the fat from the pork loin.

   Place in the preheated oven for 2 hours at 250 degrees F. Increase the oven temperature to 350 degrees F and cook for an additional 1 hour.

    Remove the meat from the oven and check for doneness at the 3-hour mark.

    If meat is still rare in the center, then continue cooking for an additional 20-30 minutes, then check again.
