2 tablespoons Unsweetened Applesauce
2 tablespoons Maple Syrup (the real stuff)
1/4 cup Chopped Pecans
1/4 cup Dried Cranberries
1/4 cup Peeled and Finely Diced Apple
1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
1 pinch Salt
