Hashbrowns & Turkey Italian Sausage

   In a large skillet, fry sausage until brown.

   Remove from pan; set aside.

   In the same skillet, add the 2 tablespoons canola oil.

   Add in the hashbrowns and fry, flipping & stirring occasionally until all is brown.

   Reduce heat to low-medium; add the sausage back into the pan and mix with hashbrowns.

   Top with cheese and continue to heat until the cheese is melted.
