HARLEY MEATLOAF – a delicious recipe with hamburger, Italian meatballs, Italian bread crumbs, tomatoes, egg, onion. Easy to follow and perfect for any occasion.

1 lb hamburger meat
1/2 lb Italian meatballs
1 cup Italian bread crumbs
1 can diced tomatoes
1 egg
1/2 chopped onion
1 tbsp Italian seasoning
1 salt
1 pepper
1/2 lb mozzarella cheese

Mix in big bowl-yes all of it, with your hands

Evenly distribut and mash down flat into oven safe pan or casserole dish

Set oven to 400F

Cook for 1 hour ( periodically checking it )

Take out, slice open loaf a little bit and spread mozzarella cheese on top

Return to oven for 15 min.
