Hanpen Fish Cake Sandwich with Chicken and Green Onions

   Place the minced chicken, green onions cut into small pieces, and into a bowl, and mix together.

   Cut the hanpen into fourths, and cut it in half length-wise so you can make sandwiches.

   Put the mixture from Step 1 and the cheese in between, and coat with whisked egg.

   Coat a frying pan with a fair amount of vegetable oil, and cook covered with a lid over a low~medium heat.

   Flip over once browned, brown the other side, and they are done.
