1/4 c. margarine
2 Tbsp. flour

8 oz. noodles
1 can mushroom stems (4 oz.)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. dairy sour cream

In large skillet, cook and stir meat and onion in butter until meat is brown and onion is tender.
