   Make ground beef into small balls.

   Roll them in flour, add salt and pepper and brown them.

   Prepare onion soup according to directions, plus 1 cup water.

   Add this to hamburger.

   Add potatoes and carrots.

   Cook until carrots and potatoes are almost done.

   Prepare a batter of Bisquick dumplings.

   Drop them in stew and cook, covered, for 20 minutes.
