3 lbs. grnd beef
1 can pimento, minced
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 lg. cans undrained minced mushrooms
4 cans red kidney beans
1 bottle Heinz warm ketchup
1/3 c. reg. ketchup
Dash of Tabasco sauce
Salt & pepper

Saute/fry onions and celery in oil.

Brown grnd beef, drain.

Add in pimento, brown sugar, mushrooms, kidney beans, Heinz warm ketchup, regular ketchup, Tabasco sauce, salt and pepper.

Bake in casserole dish at 375 degrees for 45 min.
