Hamburger Potato Pie

   Brown the chopped onion in butter.

   Remove onion and brown ground beef with salt and pepper.

   Place ground beef and onions, peas, tomatoes and catsup in a casserole to combine.

   Mash potatoes, beat in 1 egg and spoon potatoes on top of other mixture.

   Brown in 375u00b0 oven until peaks are golden.
