¼ cup cold water
1 lb lean ground beef
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon oregano
¼ teaspoon black pepper
½ cup fine dry breadcrumb
¼ cup chopped onion
¼ cup chopped green pepper
1 (14 ounce) can tomato sauce
1 egg
¼ cup milk
½ teaspoon salt
2 cups cheddar cheese

Mix Bisquick and water until soft dough forms.

Beat vigorously, 20 strokes.

Smooth dough into a ball on a cloth covered board.

Knead 5 times.

Roll dough 2 inches larger than an inverted pie pan.
