Hamburger Pie

   Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

   In a hot skillet crumble and brown the ground beef.

   As beef begins to cook, add salt, pepper, chopped onion.

   When meat is browned, stir in tomato paste; set aside.

   In a 1-1/2 quart baking dish, spoon in 1/2 cup mashed potatoes; spread on bottom of dish.

   Pour hamburger mixture on top of the potatoes.

   Add cheese on top of hamburger.

   Drain corn; spread on top of cheese.

   Spread remaining potatoes on top of corn.

    Bake for 30 minutes.
