1 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. salt
1 garlic clove
dash of pepper
1 tsp. sugar
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 pkg. broad noodles (8 oz.)
6 medium green onions
3 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1/2 pt. sour cream
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Melt butter in large frying pan.

Brown meat; add garlic, salt, pepper, sugar and tomato sauce.

Simmer for 20 minutes (cover).

Cook noodles (drain).

Cut green onions into pieces. Place in blender with sour cream and cream cheese.

Blend until smooth.

Place 1/3 of noodles in 2-quart casserole dish, then 1/3 of cheese mixture and 1/3 of meat, layering, ending with meat. Sprinkle Cheddar cheese on top.

Bake at 350u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
