Hamburger Hot Dish Recipe

   Brown hamburger and drain.

   In a 13x9 inch baking dish, slice potatoes, carrots, celery and onions and mix together.

   Put hamburger on top of vegetables.

   Then add in cream of mushroom and cream of chicken soups, plus 1/2 can of water.

   Cover and bake 1 hour (till potatoes and carrots are soft).

   Then bake another 30 min with cover off.

   This meal is easy and very filling.
