Hamburger Delight

   Cook potatoes in oil in skillet, but do not brown, adding the oil as it is needed.

   Lift out potatoes with a slotted spoon and arrange in buttered baking dish.

   Dot with butter and season with salt and pepper.

   Cook burger in same skillet; drain.

   Add the sauce to beef; mix thoroughly and heat.

   Pour meat mixture over the potatoes.

   Cover with foil.

   Bake at 350u00b0 for 30 minutes. During last 5 minutes of cooking, remove and sprinkle on cheese.
