1 tsp. oregano
1/2 c. sour cream
1 1/2 c. cottage cheese
2 lb. ground beef
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 medium chopped onion
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
