Ingredients: 1 1/2 lb. hamburger meat; 1 c. onions, chopped; 1 pkg. wide egg noodles; 1 can mushroom soup; 1 can celery soup; 1 large can whole kernel corn, drained; 1/2 c. pimento; 1 c. shredded cheese; 2 single pkg. crackers; 1 stick butter

1 1/2 lb. hamburger meat
1 c. onions, chopped
1 pkg. wide egg noodles
1 can mushroom soup
1 can celery soup
1 large can whole kernel corn, drained
1/2 c. pimento
1 c. shredded cheese
2 single pkg. crackers
1 stick butter

Cook ground beef and onions; drain off fat.

Cook noodles as directed on package.

Next, drain water off noodles; add to meat and add mushroom and celery soups, then drained corn and pimento. Mix well and pour into a 13 x 9-inch pan.

Top with Cheddar cheese. To this, crumble up crackers on top of cheese and top with melted butter and bake at 350u00b0 for 20 minutes.
