Hamburger Casserole

   Brown ground beef and drain.

   Slice potatoes, peeled or unpeeled, in a casserole dish.

   Place in layers the potatoes, meat and onions.

   Pour soup over all and bake until potatoes are done, about 30 to 35 minutes in a 350u00b0 oven.

   Sprinkle cheese on top and put back in oven until it melts.

   The garlic cheese may be used if this is desired.

   Very quick and easy.
