1 green pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 Tbsp. mustard
1/2 c. ketchup
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
red pepper to taste

In a large skillet, cook together beef, peppers and onions, stirring with a fork to break up meat, until meat is browned and vegetables are tender.
