1 c. sliced mushrooms, drained
1 can tomatoes
1 to 1 1/2 c. grated cheese
1 c. tomato juice
1 tsp. chili powder
1 medium bag egg noodles, cooked as directed and drained
salt and pepper to taste

Brown meat, onion, bell pepper and mushrooms; drain off grease. Butter a 9 x 13-inch pan.

Mix meat mixture, corn, tomatoes, chili powder and tomato juice; add drained noodles.
