16 oz. cottage cheese
8 oz. cream cheese
16 oz. sour cream
1 green pepper, chopped
1 large onion, chopped
1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced

Cook noodles as directed on package.

Meanwhile, combine cottage cheese, cream cheese and sour cream in bowl.

Brown hamburg in skillet with onion, pepper and mushrooms.

Add tomato sauce and mix.

In large casserole (at least 5-inches deep), arrange in 3 layers, noodles, cheese and sour cream mixture and hamburg mixture.

Do not stir layers together.
