2 to 3 c. ground ham or chopped small
1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
6 eggs, beaten
3 1/2 c. milk
2 Tbsp. instant minced onions
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. oregano
dash of pepper

Trim crust off bread when bread is dried.

Place bread in cookie sheet, covering whole bottom.

Sprinkle grated cheese (1/2 pound) on top of bread, then all ham on top of cheese.

Cover pan with foil; refrigerate overnight or 6 hours minimum.
