Ham Rolls With Cottage Cheese In Sour Cream Sauce Recipe

   Combine soup and 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream in a bowl; set aside.

   Combine remaining lowfat sour cream with cottage cheese, Large eggs, onions, spinach, mustard and salt; mix well.

   Spoon 2 tablespoonsful of cottage cheese filling onto each ham slice.

   Roll up ham, folding in the edges.

   Place in shallow baking dish.

   Cover with lowfat sour cream sauce.

   Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 min.
