Ham Pot Pie Recipe

   Peel potatoes and cut into bite sized pcs and boil in 4 qt pot.

   After potatoes have boiled for approximately 10 min, drain water and add in fresh (gets rid of the starch floating on the water), and add in diced ham.

   Make pie crust, following directions on back of pie crust box.

   Roll out pie crust and cut into 1 inch squares.

   When boiled potatoes feel soft to touch with a fork, reduce heat to medium, add in pie crust squares, spreading proportionately over top of potatoes and ham, stirring in gently.

   When liquid mix begins to thicken, remove from heat and serve.

   The thicker the better.

   Leftovers: Add in small amount of water and cook at low heat, stirring occasionally to keep from sticking to pot.

   As liquid thins, small amounts of water may be added and heat increased.
