1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. flour
1 c. lowfat milk
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/4 teaspoon ginger
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/2 sm. green pepper, chopped

1 egg, beaten
1 1/2 c. grnd, cooked ham
1 egg, beaten with 1 tbsp. cool water
1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs

Stir till mix begins to thicken.
