Ham, Carrot & Beer Bundtlettes

   Preheat the oven to 350u00b0. Butter the sides of a cake pan

   Sift flour and baking powder. Set aside.

   In a medium bolw mix eggs. Add vegetable and olive oil and beer and mix

   Add carrot, onion, ham, salt and pepper.

   Add flour and baking powder

   Fill your pan with batter and bake for 30 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean

   Let cool in pan then transfer to a wire rack
