Ham Bake

   Early in the day, take one pound of ground chuck out of freezer.

   Spend rest of day cleaning up messes, comforting sick little ones, doing laundry and soothing colicky baby.

   Thirty minutes before husband is due home, remember that you have a pound of thawed meat on kitchen counter that will ruin if you don't do something with it.
