Combine the 1 Tablespoon of yeast and sugar into a large bowl with the salt. Pour in the 2/3 of water. Wait about 2-3 minutes just till the yeast looks light brown and puffy.

Then add into the bowl one cup of flour. If it needs more flour after you combine it together add the other cup of flour bit by bit.

When it looks combined well, put a little bit of flour on the bench or table and knead for about 5-10 minutes.

After you have kneaded your dough, now you flat it out into a rectangle and grab your oil and get a pastry brush and brush a bit of oil into the middle of the rectangle on each bit of dough do that.

Now you can grab your ham and cheese out of the fridge and start cutting it into slices. Place the ham first onto the piece of dough then goes your cheese.

Grab a large tray and get your oil and brush the oil lightly onto the tray so the dough doesn't stick to the tray. When you have finished turn your oven onto about 160-180 degrees on Fan Bake.

For folding your bun. Get a normal knife and cut the edges until you get to the middle then fold the bottom first over to the right then the other piece fold over the left do the same to the top one too.

After you have done that place your bun onto the greased tray and lightly brush it with your mixed egg.

Put in the oven until it looks crispy golden. Take out of the oven let it cool for 3-5 minutes then you can eat your delicious snack.
