1
Divide the pizza dough into 30 equal-ish pieces.
-
2
Let rest.
-
3
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
-
4
Lay out one piece of deli ham.
-
5
Top with a cube each of mozzarella and Swiss cheese.
-
6
Tuck the ham around the cheese to form a little packet.
-
7
Place on a plate.
-
8
Repeat with remaining ham and cheese.
-
9
Set the plate aside.
-
10
Drizzle 2 tablespoons of olive oil over the bottom of a 9x13 rimmed baking pan.
-
11
Repeat in another pan with the remaining olive oil.
-
12
Sprinkle 1 Tablespoon of Semolina Flour or Corn Meal over the olive oil in each of the pans.
-
13
Working with one piece of dough at a time, spread out into a circle (or blob) roughly twice the size of your ham packets.
-
14
If the dough tears, do your best to patch the holes before wrapping the dough around the ham and cheese.
-
15
Pinch the dough closed and make sure there are no openings.
-
16
Place the dough, seam side down, in the prepared pans.
-
17
Repeat with the remaining dough, making five rows of three dough balls in each pan.
-
18
Place the butter, chives, onion, garlic, and seasoning salt into a small microwave-safe dish.
-
19
Warm in the microwave until the butter is melted.
-
20
Stir together with a fork and brush over the dough.
-
21
Place pans into hot oven and bake for 25 minutes, or until golden brown.
-
22
If desired, you can brush again with any leftover butter when you remove the pans from the oven.
-
23
Allow to rest for five minutes before removing from the pans.
-
24
Serve warm with your favorite sauce.
-
25
Our favorite sauce is Creamy Horseradish Mustard Dip.
