Halloween Kabocha Squash Pound Cake

   Ingredients.

   Microwave the kabocha squash for 2 minute 30 seconds.

   Remove the skin.

   Strain kabocha squash through a sieve.

   Add butter, milk and eggs.

   Add sugar and mix lightly.

   Also add cake flour and baking powder and mix them using a cut-and-fold motion.

   Coat the inside of the pan with butter (not listed) and pour in the batter.

   Preheat the oven to 360F/180C and bake for 25 minutes.

    Turn down the temperature to 340F/170C and bake for an additional 15 minutes.

    Cool down in the pan and serve.
