Halloween Finger Cookies

   Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

   Mix the butter, sugar, and a pinch of salt in a large bowl. Add the egg yolks, lemon zest, and flour, and knead.

   Form a dough ball, cover it with plastic wrap, and let it sit in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.

   Form finger shapes using the dough. Press one of the edges with a teaspoon and place 1 almond there.

   Carve wrinkle shapes on the dough fingers using a knife, place them on a cooking tray lined with parchment paper, and bake for 15 minutes.

   Remove them from the oven, let them cool off, and serve.
