Halloween Baked Kabocha Squash Salad

   Remove the seeds from the kabocha, and rinse.

   Put into a plastic bag, and microwave until a skewer can pierce through easily.

   Cut into bite-sized pieces.

   Feel free to cut them into any size you desire.

   Heat a pan, melt the butter, and saute the kabocha.

   Add a pinch of salt, and transfer to a serving plate.

   Mix together the ingredients marked with a to make the dressing.

   Pour the dressing, and bon appetit.
