2 teaspoons paprika
½ cup water
15 12 ounces kidney beans, undrained
14 12 ounces diced tomatoes, undrained
1 ½ cups celery, diced
½ cup onion, diced
¼ cup maple syrup
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 small can corn

Brown beef until crumbly & brown, drain off fat.

Add spices, water, beans & tomatoes and mix thoroughly.

Add everything else and bring to a boil.

Simmer at least 30 minutes.

I like to make this in the crockpot and leave it simmering on low all day.
