Half-Moon Puff Pastry With Sausage

   Preheat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius.

   Cut the sausage into links approximately 3 centimeters in length and place them on the sheet of dough, in the shape of a circle, 3 to 4 centimeters from the border.

   Fold the border onto the sausage.

   Make cuts into the dough as shown in the photograph. Leave half of the puff pastry dough in a semicircle and fold the other half toward the center in the shape of a fan or half moon.

   Brush the dough with the milk. Sprinkle with cheese and bake for approximately 20 minutes or until golden brown.
